THE ‘ROOST’: New for 2019 and beyond is our 12x60 trailer. Included will be tables and chairs. It also currently has countertop space available for food preparation. A portable toilet is also available on site. COVER: Our game farm also serves as a working farm with a variety of crop coverage. We continue to make changes to our coverage so as to continue to enhance your hunting experience. |

PARTNERSHIPS:
Bird's Eye View Game Farm values our youth. Through an initial partnership with the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters and their youth mentoring program, we have welcomed, and continue to welcome, new and apprentice hunters. Hunter education and safety are paramount followed by a love for the outdoors and an introduction to upland game bird hunting. In 2015, we were honoured to be featured as a complete episode on Angler and Hunter Television. The television program aired the week of February 12-15th, 2015. It is "Episode 7" if you are on Angler and Hunter Television's Website. Special mention goes to Mike Miller of Angler and Hunter Television, the crew of Angler and Hunter Television, our guides Victor and Tania Haisma, (and Argo) and especially the new youth hunters. |
OUR BEGINNING
Begun as a hobby in 2001 with 100 ring-necked pheasants, Bird's Eye View Pheasant Farm and Hunting Preserve is in its 22nd year as a registered game farm under the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources. We have expanded our list of birds to include:
ONTARIO FEDERATION OF ANGLERS AND HUNTERS YOUTH HUNT In October of 2012, Bird's Eye View Game Farm was proud to sponsor and host the 1st annual Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters (OFAH) mentored youth hunt. We were subsequently honoured to be featured on Angler and Hunter Television in their 2013 season finale episode (Episode 13) entitled "WHEN I WAS A KID".
